Our journey began with developing communications for California’s educators and workforce development leaders, then in the classroom as a design thinking student, and now as a consultancy dedicated to revolutionizing how people engage with their community—educators with students and workforce leaders with employees—to prepare the society of tomorrow.

And with a microscope firmly positioned on the education and workforce industries, there is little time not to try something creative and future-forward to begin solving the challenges of underemployment, reskilling, economic immobility, and educational attainment.
